1. Where are you located?

We are located in Salisbury, NC. This is a home-based small business. 

2. Do you deliver? 

Yes, we do deliver the max 2 hours from Salisbury, NC. $30 per hour traveled. 

3.  Do you provide a contract for each transaction? 

Yes! Before any transaction, we require feedback that you have read and signed the contract to confirm your order. 

4.  How late is too late to order? 

We prefer at least 2 weeks to a month's notice, HOWEVER, please inquire because we may be able to fit you in!

5.  Do you ship any items? What is the turnaround for items?

Yes! We do ship anywhere in the U.S. on certain items such as party favors, cake/cupcake toppers, etc.! Turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours. 

6.  How much is shipping?

Shipping varies depending on location and the size of items you have ordered. 

7. How do I cancel my order? 

Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your order or if you are needing to cancel the order. There are no refunds on the deposit, however, it can be added for another date depending on availability.
